Neocean© offers a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for the Overboat© and its batteries. In the event of any technical problems with your Overboat©, a technician will assist you by phone, by email or in person, depending on your needs and location.
We also provide if you wish, a training of how-to-use the Overboat©, and how to maintain it.
Neocean© provides its customers with a verification checklist that guarantees product conformity at the time of delivery.
Telephone support is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday (closed on public holiday).
Remote or on-site support depending on the type of problem you are encountering.
Technical documentation to facilitate use, maintenance and technical support is provided to all customers/dealers/fleet managers.
