The engineers and technicians at Neocean^© have unique expertise in several key sectors of the boating industry.
The company’s technologies are based on 3 major pillars:

1 – Electric propulsion and motors:

Neocean^© designed its own watertight electric motor with an exceptional 92% efficiency rating.
There are currently two versions of this motor, a 4.5kW version and a 10kW version.

Our engineers also came up with an enclosed propeller into a nozzle to optimize performance by over 70% and protect users from any risk of injury from the propeller.

2 – Articulated HYDROfoils:

Our teams used powerful CFD (computational fluid dynamics) tools to develop the hydrofoils, allowing them to model the operation and performance of the hydrofoils at an extremely fine-grained level of resolution.
The results made it possible to predict the hydrofoils’ performance with 97% accuracy.

The hydrofoils developed by Neocean^© include patented articulation systems that can adjust the boat’s pitch at a frequency of 100 times per second.
These articulation systems are different for different use cases and hydrofoil dimensions.
They can adapt to meet varying requirements: high or low speed, heavier or lighter loads, cruising height, turn dynamics, etc.
And because Neocean^© always favors user-friendly design, the hydrofoils are completely integrated, yet also conveniently retractable and easily removable.

3 – Electronic pitch regulation system:

This system is the Overboat^©’s heart… as well as its brain. The boat has numerous electronic sensors that transmit information to a calculator, where a powerful software module follows control guidelines to send commands back to the hydrofoil actuators.
The goal is to adjust the angle of incidence based on the required thrust to ensure that the boat maintains a perfectly horizontal pitch – or tilts smoothly when needed, e.g. when making a turn.
This system can be applied and adapted to much larger boats too, provided that the hydrofoils are upgraded with this type of adjustment system.
